SELF DEFENSE SEMINARS
Specifically designed with college students in mind, workshops are designed to teach you many ways to escape or defeat physical assaults. Approximately 2/3 of a workshop is devoted to refining techniques with a partner with 1/3 spent practicing various kicks and strikes against padded targets. No pre-registration is required. Check the events calendar or Facebook page for times and locations.

Founded in 1988, the United Karate System is guided by a series of principles. Karate ought to be affordable, instruction among black belts should be free and freely given, aids should be shared at cost, and people are the most important concern not punches, kicks, or money.
