SELF DEFENSE SEMINARS
Self Defense Workshops are free and open to the community. Approximately 2/3 of the evening is spent refining techniques which enable you to escape or defeat physical confrontations. The remaining 1/3 of the evening is dedicated to practicing various kicks, and hand, elbow, and knee strikes against padded targets. The focus is on how to generate maximum power while maintaining situational flexibility.
All are welcome to attend, no pre-registration necessary, and feel free to bring friends.
